  • Domain info for website and email.

  • Social media login details (accounts that will be outsourced with us).

  • Other details applicable for conducting our work.

Refunds cannot be issued if the onboarding information is incomplete.

Service Satisfaction:

Refunds are only applicable if the Subscriber has completed the onboarding process but is not satisfied with our services. Specific reasons for dissatisfaction must be provided to help us understand and improve our services.

Refund Process:

Upon approval of the refund request, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 15 working days. The Subscriber will be notified via email once the refund process is initiated.

Cancellation of Services:

Subscribers can cancel the services within the 14-day period if they are not satisfied and have provided all required onboarding information.
